You can only gain fit and healthy by doing exercises and by running, jogging and perfect workout. It is suggested that you have to do exercises for atleast an hour. Be sure to stay hydrated stretch and eat foods with a decent amount of protein after each workout. The protein will help keep your muscles, not fat, rebuilding. 

2. Always be motivated 

The best way from which you can get a fit and healthy life is a key or success towards your goal. If you think and set a goal that I had to gain a fit and healthy life thon no one can stop you to get a fit and healthy body. 

3. Get a perfect sleep 

It is very important important to get a perfect sleep, it is crucial to get enough sleep to recharge the body's batteries. It is very necessary to get eight hour sleep. Six to eight hours of sleep will keep the body going throughout the day. This will prevent you from staying up later in the night.

4. Follow a perfect diet 

It is very important to all of us to follow a perfect diet, because a good diet will allow us to get a perfect fit and healthy life. Eat as much proteins as you can, because proteins allows you to grow your muscles.
